2/3 cup unsalted melted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate topping:
1/3 cup heavy cream
80 g bittersweet chocolate
