Before working in the Embird 2008 , prepare your USB stick.
Connect it to the embroidery machine , switch the machine on and wait for a minute.
switch the machine off and take the USB stick.
Now you have a EMB - EMBF File on your stick. you save your design as JEPG in the EMBF file.
Open the Embird 2008 Program . First the Embird manager window will open.
- Click on "launch Studio plug - in " second button in toolbar.
- Embird studio opens
- Image , import file from USB
- use trace tool ( left toolbar second button from down)
- click on your design
- click generate stitches ( upper toolbar)
- save as eof file in your EMBF file.
for transforming the eof to a jef file in the embird editor
- click in embird studio " compile and put into embird editor" ( upper toolbar first button )
- choose in " File conversion " the embroidery machine
- choose Janome. JEF
- save
- Embird editor opes with design
- disconnect USB stick and connect it to the Embroidery machine.
