Fab 6 Folder
I decided to make a folder that can be representative for the fab-profile.
The lasercutter is often used to cut plastic, but no PVC- containing plastic can be cut.
The one good replacement is EVAKAST, which is polypropilen-based.
In Van Beek however they sell 0.8 mm thick evakast in colour and transparent, which is not suitable for folds (because of the thickness)
Kunststofshop.nl has it in different thicknesses on a limited colour scale.
The first prototype was made with the above mentioned evakast.
Settings:
speed power ppi
Engrave: 50 40 400
Cut: 3.2 100 400
Van Beek is ordering from Vink, and from Vink catalogue it is not clear which is PVC-containing.
