The folder is designed, the know-how of the prototype is usable.
The material on the picture however is a replacement, 0.8mm thick yellow evakast.
The right material for the folder is white evakast 0.3 mm thick, and the clip made of 0.5 mm blue evakast.

the folder and the clip is here as an illustrator file in the right colour setting, the cuts should be still done:
power 3.2 speed 100
the engraving:
power 50 speed 40
and in the settings mirror image, manual colour setting, so that the cutreds and the cutblacks are correctly managed, and the folding cuts are on the right side without two sided handling.
The inside foldercase is held together with fabrictape, that is used for bookbinding, light grey.
This has to be folded half, and the sticky side has to be opened up on both edges og the material with 4mm.

The top part can be used for a logo or text cut though, or just taped down, or a holding unit fot the paper inside.
(useful in rainy climate anyway)
