Vinyl Cutter double cut problem
Does the sticker cutter destroy your sticker even though you have no double lines? Check for strokes
The machine cuts strokes on bot sides of the stroke. So if your object has a stroke of 2mm the machine cuts 2 lines 2 mm apart. For small details or text this can result in a shredded sticker.
The way to cut one line is to disable the stroke and enable the fill of your shape. Also watch out for lose parts in your shape. Say you were to print a circle but in your illustrator file this circle exists of 2 halves, the cutter will also cut the circle in half. Therefore: merge lose parts which you want printed as one.
