This belts are made of recicled inner tire rubber. The rubber has to be cleaned and cut by hand. The buckles are lasser cutted. Its material is also recycled. It can be Plywood > 4mm of Acrilicum >4mm. You can find the vector file in the attachment.
After having both parts, they are put toghether using a traditional (big) needle and a narrow piece of rubber to sew them.
