Hi-tech Tailoring
Can you use a fablab machine park to ease the production of custom fit garments?
Without having proper technological knowledge, how easy can it be to create a garment?
My whole research is about this, and the implimentation of hightech appliances in garments.
-One of the goals is to find ways wich will make it really easy for someone without a lot of technical/digital skills, like me, to create shoes or garments.
-A second objective was to get the embroidery machine up and running to use it for my own project and for the fablab in general.
-Third is creating a database with all the information I find regarding creating garments with high tech applications built in it, or high tech ways of producing clothes.
