The laser cutter is a machine that works in the 2D plane, almost like a laser printer. It follows your vector drawing and engraves photographs and has many more applications. The laser cutter cuts and engraves very precisely (<0.02mm).

I've designed this bra for a fashion project about flowers and plants. My greatest inspiration came from the paper flower hats shown in the Summer Spring Collection 2009 of Chanel. I've tried to make the paper look like lace as much as I could. Cutting out the patterns by hand took me quite a long time so i'm very happy that I could use the lasercutter at the Fablab.
Fab Foos is a open source Table Soccer Game, featuring 2 web cams, audio response, electronic counter system and vga out.
The goal was to built the entire table using the machines of the Fablab.
We constructed it in such a way that all digital production methods are used and all fablab machines.
There are a view parts we bought in, sinds it didnt make sence to me to produce them ourselves, or it was to expensive.
The parts we bought in were:
- 4 rods
- 16 barrings
- 8 springs
- 8 rubber stops

Manial Color fill
