‘The Spelfabriek’ facilitates game-based language learning. Pupils learn to build words by physically linking sounds together.De spelfabriek provides an accessible and intuitive gaming environment for learning language and meaning for children in the first year of primary school. In an explorative and playful way they develop their language skills using technologically enhanced interactive objects. The spelfabriek has the shape of a factory, as a metaphor for ‘producing’ words. Prototyping fulfilled an important role in the development of the spelfabriek.

The Fablab is the perfect place to learn skills on digital production. Whether you use it as an individual, or in a workshop through your school, or as an inventor or entrepreneur, it helps you put your dreams and ideas into real live.

SlimGym is an interactive gymmat where movement and schoollessons are combined. Schoolsubjects are projected on an interactive gymmat in imaginative way, utilizing the fantasy of children to make those subjects more playfull and interesting to the child and thus allowing the child to learn in a better way.

The third edition of the Fab Academy has started, the main educational program of the Fablab Network, offered by labs around the world.
